We are dedicated to providing affordable housing and community support for disabled veterans aged 55 and older, ensuring a life of purpose and connection.
Beginning with a 26 acre parcel in beautiful Palm Bay, we are in the beginning stages of creating something truly needed and life changing for Palm Bay and the surrounding areas.
Everything starts with a dream and sometimes just sharing a dream helps it come to fruition. Working to develop land responsibly while providing long term affordable housing solutions is where the dream begins.
This conceptual layout shows the maximum proposed use of the land. It incorporates a peaceful, multifamily affordable housing community with a Community and Resource Center while conserving the surrounding natural areas. Of course the plans must be designed and approved by the city, county, and local surrounding residents.
